I have a question about my license, who can I contact?

We understand with so many benefits, you may have questions on how to best use your license.  We offer daily webinars to gain a better understanding of the program and its many benefits.  Webinars do require registration so please send an email to info@dsnetwork.tech if you would like to register for an upcoming session.  You are able to view the webinars as many times as you like.  There are also live chat sessions available on our website during regular business hours for quick question.As always, you can call the reservations service center at 855-798-3003 to speak with a live person.  If you need further assistance after hours, please check our online License Guide link for a quick reference to answer many questions.

I am not finding what I am looking for on the website, can I call the office to book travel?

Yes, you can reach the reservations center at 855-798-3003 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8a – 8pm ,Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 8a – 6pm CST and on Saturdays from 9a – 2pm.  All hours are Central Standard Time.  You can also email your travel request to info@dsnetwork.tech 24 hours a day.

How can I assign an access pass?

You are able to assign an access pass under the “My Account” page, “Guest pass” link.  You may also call the reservations center at 855-798-3003 and a customer service representative can help you.

What is the “special deals” link I see on the website?

The special deals link shows all of the current travel specials we have running.  Please check back often as these deals change daily.  All specials are valid at the time of posting but may have requirements such as book by dates, travel by dates or specific room types.  Please check with a reservations center agent regarding the details of the travel special you are interested in.

Can I buy vacation currency?

No, you cannot purchase vacation currency, it can only be earned.

How can I check my vacation currency balance?

You can check your vacation currency under the “My Account”page, “Vacation Currency” link.

I am not receiving the weekly newsletter, how can I sign up?

You can sign up for the weekly newsletter by updating your email address through the “My Account” tab at the top of the website.
