Start making your dream a reality! Condos are generally in resort areas. They are rented for one week and typically start on a Saturday or Sunday.

"Going Condo" gives you all the comforts of home in a studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom unit. Fully-equipped kitchens and spacious living areas provide the convenience cramped hotels just can’t match. Most locations have amenities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, golf courses, and health clubs. Some locations offer the added luxury of a private balcony, fireplace… perhaps a Jacuzzi. For example, imagine spending $899.00 for a condo week which has better accommodations than a $299.00 nightly hotel room and sleeps 4 to 8 people for the price! Stay at a beach front location, a log cabin, or an English castle... Just examples of the thousands of locations around the world. Prices are based upon location, season and size of unit.

As a licensee, you now have direct shopping access to our wholesale condominium inventory, with thousands of weeks available to view twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week on our website. You can view most of the actual properties and their amenities as well as what is included in your stay.

How to make a special request for a condominium that is not found on our website: To make a special condominium request, specific items need to be CALLED OR FAXED to the Travel Center or by using the "Special Request" menu option under our logo on the website. One of our travel counselors will contact you when we receive your request.

Note: Special request inventory does not exist on computer and therefore requires many faxes and phone calls to secure the best prices for our licensees. Please allow 2-4 weeks or more to secure your request. Once your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Keep in mind that our units are typically studios, one-, or two-bedroom. The maximum occupancy is eight people regardless of age. If more are traveling, a second unit may be required. We cannot guarantee that multiple units would be available at the same resort. Holidays and peak seasons have less availability.
